Roman Group is excited to introduce our monthly newsletter to catch you up to speed with what we’re currently working on and what our future holds. Additionally, we’ll also include helpful articles and current events in the real estate industry that will better inform you and give you more insight into some of the decisions we make.
As a brief overview for those that don’t know our story, Roman Group LLC is a real estate investment firm that has executed 21 deals valued at more than $90 mm and currently maintains around $120 mm of Assets Under Management. Roman Group also oversees, Rosano Capital Partners, a debt and equity advisor, Rosano Construction Services, our construction division, and Rosano Property Management. On top of that, we are also involved in co-living with our brands Living Q and Live the Co, offering affordable rent to those looking to be a part of a community in an economy with increasing rents.

346 Vermont Ave: Roman Group successfully closed on this 80-unit multifamily property in Silverlake, a budding community in LA where housing and rental properties are sky rocketing in value. Rosano Construction Services and our General Contractor have already started unit renovations and common area renovations to add value to the property, increase our NOI, and eventually sell the asset 5-7 years in the future, giving our investors competitive returns.
