  • Our investments often involve substantial operational management and/or turnaround, and, as such, require deep experience and clear vision.
  • Our investments require tremendous financial acumen, transactional experience, and real estate expertise that our principals uniquely possesses with both their years of real estate private equity presence and their seasoned leadership with years of corporate finance, investment banking, and real estate experience.

PerformanceThe firm has generated cash returns of 7% – 12% per year for its investors and a total internal rate of return in the 18% – 25% range throughout its portfolio during its history of operation.

The firm issues a yearly dividend payment on a pro-rata and pari-passu basis to all investors.


Investment Term: Up to 5-7 years.

Preferred Dividend: 7% – 12% per year.
